Saskia Hunt

pilates instructor

Saskia found her passion for Pilates as she comes from a background of endurance sports. By being set back multiple times due to injuries, she realised how important cross training including a mixture of strength and mobility exercises was so important. 

 

By using her knowledge from her Exercise and Sport Science degree she likes to challenge her clients by giving them a full body workout. 

 

As she also works in gym sales she helps people to find their goals and work out ways to reach them through maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A balance between exercise and good eating habits. 

 

Saskia likes to keep herself busy by focusing on her running training, strength training and of course some pilates classes.
