Kelly is a dedicated Pilates instructor who discovered Pilates in a quest to add more strength to her long-standing yoga practice.
Seeing incredible results in her strength, energy levels and mood, Pilates quickly becoming her favourite movement practice! She is passionate about sharing this with others, ultimately helping them to achieve their well-being and fitness goals. She strives to create a supportive, empowering and fun environment in her classes where people can explore and enjoy movement.
When not teaching or practicing, you can find her learning to surf on the northern beaches, in the kitchen creating nutritious meals, or taking a cat nap with Jasper her rescue kitty.
