Roz brings both breadth and depth to her role with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry.

 

As a group exercise instructor and Personal trainer Roz has followed her passion of helping people on their wellness journey to reaching their goals.

​

Having competed in several endurance events Roz soon realised that to reduce the risk of injuries and build a strong core foundation Pilates was key.

​

Roz has experienced the highs and lows of endurance events and truly believes that Pilates is fundamental to movement and strength throughout all aspects of our lives.

 

All things are achievable when you have passion and determination to succeed.
