
Urban Pilates Strength Fusion Program

What is it?
This is an 8 week strengthening program that bridges the gap between Reformer Pilates and traditional strength training.
This program is developed through the collaboration of physiotherapists and Pilates instructors, which will build strength, support healthy joints and prevent injuries.
Everyone in the program will work towards their own strength or fitness goals, with the opportunities to talk to Physiotherapists and Pilates Instructors to help navigate their progress.
What’s Included
There will be 30 minute Physiotherapy led Q&A sessions by our Physiotherapy team, before and during the 8 week program that will touch on:

Running injuries

Glute activation

Deep core activation

Migraines & neck pain
This session is designed to support you in working towards your strength and fitness goals.
Which classes are in the program?
The classes that are part of the Urban Fusion Strength Program will be labelled with a “S” symbol next to the class in the Urban Pilates APP.
These classes will be:
Monday 6AM & 5PM
Tuesday 7AM & 5PM
Wednesday 6AM & 5PM
Thursday 6AM & 5PM
Friday 6AM & 5PM
What happens If im not part of the program?
Don’t worry, nothing is changing! You will still get the exact same workout as you normally do if you are not part of the program.
Each class in the program will have a specific “focus” but will still be a total body workout.
Can I start the program after the start date?
Yes, absolutely! You can start your strength training at any point within the 8 weeks.
The program is adaptable to all levels and abilities, with exercises progressed or regressed by simply adjusting the weight or resistance.
