Nicole Belfer

Nicole has taught Pilates for over four years. Prior to teaching Pilates she worked over ten years in the fitness and movement industry including Dance, Aerial Circus, Acrobatics, Mobility and Contortion.

 

Nicole's classes focus on form, functional movement patterns, education, and a good old fashioned burn!

 

Her philosophy is to find movement practices that provide both challenge and support. Movement should make us feel good and feeling good makes us want to move more.
